Crispy Golden Fried Prawns | Fried Shrimps | How to make fried Prawns | seafood recipes.
These incredibly crispy golden shrimp are sure to steal the show! Bring them to your next gathering, and you'll be the life of the party!
👉Ingredients & Quantity
Jumbo prawns (Peeled, deveined & tails on) - 16 Nos
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
For seasoned flour
Refined flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
For Coating
Seasoned flour - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2 nos
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
For deep frying
Vegetable oil - 1 litre
👉Method
1) Clean the prawns by removing its shells, and deveining it but keep the tail intact
2) Marinate it with Salt, Black pepper, Red chili powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste and lemon juice. Let it Marinate for 30 mins
3) Season the flour by mixing the ingredients mentioned above.
4) Crack eggs in a bowl and beat
5) Finally add take some Breadcrumbs for coating
6) Once the prawns are nicely Marinated take each prawn and coat with Seasoned flour on all sides without coating the take part, dust off excess flour. Now dip in beaten egg and then coat with Breadcrumbs.
7) Heat oil in a vessel, once the oil is hot enough add the prawns one by one and deep fry for 2-3 mins. Once the prawns get nice crispy Golden color coating on outside remove and serve hot with tartar sauce as starter.
